On March 24, 2021, we completed our research at AWL with a in-company training session. With a survey ten different themes where explored  to find out how employees of AWL experience them. In the analysis of the results, we were able to gain more insight by exploring it from the perspective of hope theory. This resulted in an innovative perspective that was also very well received in view of the enthusiastic reactions during the training for the middle management of AWL. As Hendrikus ter Horst, Manager Personnel & Organization at AWL, put it:

“The fine cooperation with The Hope Project in our employee survey has given us wonderful insights. The extra dimension of hope fits in very well with the current time in which we are working together out of the (corona) crisis and gives direction for possible improvements.

In addition, the survey was very skilfully supervised and we received a very strong and inspiring workshop in the feedback.”
